$95/month with 3 month commitment
With a one-on-one coaching program you will get individual attention at the highest level helping you achieve your goals. This online coaching program will give you the personal attention
and training advice you want. Every runner receives the same great
attention. I also limit the number of runners I coach so that I can
have the time to give to each runner!
• Custom training program built only after a detailed history is received (athlete history form)
• One monthly structured in person workout with Coach, a great way to have running form analyzed, go over functional strength/running drills, and get in a structured workout with your Coach.
• Unlimited contact via phone or email (not restrictive like the other online programs)
• Training & racing information
• Sport specific functional strength and core program
• Collection of informative training articles
• Running & shoe log
• Pace chart & treadmill conversion chart
• Great support and motivation
E-Coaching
$75/month
